What are barre classes?
Barre classes are a full body workout combining elements of pilates, yoga, ballet & fitness. You can expect to leave with your muscles firing, heart rate pumping and endorphins flowing! A feel good 45 min workout to our favourite playlists run by supportive, uplifting and positive instructors!
What do I bring/wear?
We have all the equipment you will need! Just bring yourself & a water bottle. Bare feet or grip socks are best on your feet and any type of active wear you are comfortable in.
